Why Picture My Property?

When I founded Picture My Property in 2014, my mission was and will always be to elevate the photography experience for realtors by offering more than just basic photography. I want to help you stand out and attract new clients. To support you in this, I provide a FREE marketing packet designed specifically for realtors to use in meetings with potential homeowners. This packet includes visual examples of my work, a photography checklist to help your clients prepare for the session, and additional tools to ensure their home is ready for photos. All these resources are provided at no extra charge, giving you the tools
to impress potential clients and make you stand out in this market!
On photo day, I will conduct a thorough walkthrough and offer light staging suggestions to ensure every detail is picture-perfect before capturing the final images. My goal is to provide a seamless experience, delivering stunning, high-quality photos with a quick turnaround. Above all, I value a personable approach, building strong, personal connections with my clients, much like you do with yours.

What types of photography services do you offer?

PMP specializes in Real Estate photography, delivering high-quality interior and exterior shots, commercial property images, Realtor headshots, virtual staging, in-person staging suggestions, and drone stills and video.

Can we customize our photography package if a property is smaller and I will only need a few images?

Due to travel and our highly competitive pricing, we are unable to offer discounts for smaller packages. To get the best value, we recommend making the most of your session by capturing as many images as possible—especially since the MLS now allows up to 50 photos per listing.

What is your pricing for photography services?

Your photo session will either be $150 or $175 based on the homes location. Your investment cost is listed in the pricing section below at the bottom of the page.

Do you have a photography checklist that I can give to my sellers?

Absolutely! I offer a FREE packet that includes my photo checklist along with other helpful tools to ensure your home is ready for photos. It’s a great way to stand out and make a lasting impression on potential clients. Just head over to the Contact page and send me an email!

When will I receive my edited images back for my listing?

My standard turnaround time is by the next business day morning. In some cases, if requested, I can deliver the images the same day, unless the next day is a major holiday.

How many images will I receive?

For regular Real Estate photos, I typically capture as many images as needed to showcase the property, with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50.

For a standard 2,500 square foot home, you can expect around 35 images.

For Drone still images, you can expect 7 to 15 shots.

Meet Mike: The expert drone operator partnering with PMP

I am excited to offer drone photography through Picture My Property. My passion for aviation began early; I flew a plane for the first time at age 11. I have also enjoyed photography for years. I decided to take it seriously a few years ago, investing in a high-end camera and dedicating myself to mastering the craft. I’m particularly drawn to photographing natural landscapes, national parks, historical sites, and architecture. Today, I’ve combined this love of flight with my interest in photography, by adding a camera-equipped quadcopter to my collection of gear. To further hone my skills, I earned my Part 107 certification (FAA) and partnered with Picture My Property to bring this unique aerial perspective to your listings. -Mike
